Mark is a graduate of Springfield College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. He has been licensed as a Property & Casualty and a Life and Health Insurance Broker since 1982. Mark has been a member of the NBAA for 15 years and has attended both regional and national education conferences. Obtaining a management position in the Aviation Management industry has provided Mark with the extensive knowledge needed to introduce our company to the various inherent risks in the aviation industry.
Mark specializes in developing custom plans for aviation related operatives based on extensive reviews of each business. Unique exposures exist in the aviation industry and these in depth reviews provide the necessary information to develop competitive insurance plans.
In addition Mark has been an active member of many professional community organizations and has been appointed to serve on various community boards.
Traci Graduated from Corning Community College with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. Traci is a member of the NBAA and has attended a number of regional and national educational conferences, providing continued education in the Aviation Insurance Industry.
Since 2005, prior to becoming a licensed broker, Traci was employed as a commercial property and casualty rep for a national insurance company. In 2014 Traci successfully obtained her property and casualty broker’s license as well as her life and health broker’s license. As a partner Traci’s focus is on obtaining new accounts and maintaining existing agency clients. Health care, home, auto and small commercial accounts are her areas of expertise. Traci has expanded her area of expertise by obtaining significant education in handling aviation related insurance accounts, underwriting activity, and accounting.
